Nyla

Nyla has been part of the cheerleading world since she was 10 years old. Nyla began as a flyer with the Pop Warner Royals, then moved into All-Star cheerleading, spending 5–6 years at Xplosion Athletics and Empire Elite Athletics as a base and back spot. Later in her cheer career, Nyla joined Cheer Alliance, continuing to grow as both an athlete and a leader. Nyla started coaching as a Junior Coach at Xplosion Athletics and quickly found my passion for working with young athletes. For the past two seasons, she has been the Head Coach at Kourture Level Athletics. Nyla led the Junior Level 2 team, Modesty, for two years and most recently coached the Senior Level 3 team, Opulent. Nyla focuses on building confidence, positivity, and life skills. Currently, she's pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at Northern Illinois University (NIU). Coaching allows her to combine her love for cheer with her passion for teaching and mentoring. With over a decade of experience in the sport, Nyla dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the mat.

Lilly

Lillian (Lilly) Tillson is a dedicated cheer coach with a lifelong passion for the sport. She began cheerleading at a young age and spent 12 years as an athlete—six years in recreational cheer and another six in competitive All-Star cheerleading. Her experience on the mat shaped her into the coach she is today: passionate, energetic, and deeply committed to helping young athletes grow in both skill and confidence whether that’s on the mat or off of it. In addition to coaching, Lilly channels her creativity through photography. Whether capturing candid moments or planned portraits, she loves telling stories through her lens. Lilly also babysits when she can and is known for being responsible, nurturing, and great with children, with her natural ability to connect with kids, paired with her reliable and cheerful demeanor it makes her a go to for parents. When she’s not coaching, babysitting, or behind the camera, Lilly values quality time with her family and friends. She believes in maintaining strong personal connections and creating memories with the people who matter most. Lilly with a warm personality and a passion for helping others, brings positivity, dedication, and heart to everything she does.

Serenity

Serenity Phanes is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and industry leader with over a decade of experience spanning competitive all-star cheerleading, gymnastics, intuitive consulting, and beauty services. As the founder of Paragon Spirit Productions and Cheer Company Brands, Serenity delivers elite training, choreography, curriculum design, and coaches’ education, while also managing a nationally and internationally recognised judging and scoring career. Serenity’s judging experience across regional, national, and global events informs a high-performance, insight-driven approach to athlete development and programme leadership.


In addition to work in cheerleading, Serenity teaches acrobatics at Intrigue Dance and Performing Arts Center, an internationally ranked dance studio known for technical excellence and performance innovation. This role deepens Serenity’s commitment to cross-disciplinary movement education and reinforces a unique perspective on training, artistry, and physical literacy.


Beyond sport, Serenity leads Oracle Serenitatis, a modern cartomancy practice helping individuals strengthen intuitive awareness through tarot and psychological insight. Through Cosmos Seed Beauty, Serenity applies the same values—Artistry, Beauty, Intention, and Strength—to personal care and cosmetic consulting. Known for strategic vision, creative direction, and values-led execution, Serenity offers a rare perspective at the intersection of performance, personal growth, and intentional leadership.
